Everything. It's literally a five stars hotel masquerading as a four one. Staff is always super kind and accomodating at Every hour. Awesome parking. Classy clean rooms and beautiful roomy bathrooms. Also best continental breakfast for the price in Vicenza, I could sleep here just for that, been sleeping here for years and it never disappoints when I come to stay

Upon checking in we discovered a problem with our room, which we communicated to the staff. They acted quickly and moved us to another room, so the customer service was very good. Both rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. The breakfast was good too and overall I have no complaints about the hotel itself.

Staff is amazing. The ladies in the restaurant remember my preference of coffee and bring it on their own. Very friendly and welcoming. Staff at the desk speaks well English and French Clean and comfortable. Dinners are always great.
